Kezia is made with black clay and a black plated stainless steel hoop (which is nickel, lead, cadmium free.

My polymer clay earrings are crafted with much love and care!
I start with a sketch or an idea/concept and select colours; many of the colours I use are hand mixed without recipes so I’ve intentionally created the colors I work with. When I create earrings, it is part planning and part improvisation. During mixing, I adjust color and also remove air bubbles (this will appear like bubbles on the surface of the earring). Once I’ve created my shapes/slabs, I cure them for an hour. After this I sand/buff the earring shapes, wash them, and assess the surface area; I touch up and smooth pieces as needed. Assembling the earrings and adding posts are the next step. I then card them and store them until they go to their new home.
